Robert Conti - President
In 1975, Robert Conti went through the process to obtain commercial financing for a Jackson gas station. He was put through every step of the process and kept that experience in his back pocket while he ran three service stations in Ocean and Monmouth County, New Jersey. His path took him from a small business owner to working for several multi-franchise car dealerships in Monmouth County during the 1980s and early 1990s as a parts and service director.
Bob took his experience from his owning his own business as a teenager and his work in the auto industry to create a company that would help borrowers with the largest financial transaction they make in their lives. He never lost sight of the loan experience and business acumen he accumulated throughout his business career which led him to open the doors to Assured Mortgage Bankers Corp in 1998. As President and Founder of Assured Mortgage Bankers Corp, Bob traversed the State of New Jersey helping borrowers realize their goals of homeownership. His business model was predicated on what he knew to be a successful formula: provide his clients with an experience and expertise that would have them enthusiastically refer him to others. Under his leadership, Assured Mortgage Bankers Corp has helped 1000s of borrowers achieve their goal of homeowners, reduce monthly payments, finance home improvements and reduce the terms of their loans.
In 2018, Assured celebrated its 20th year in business by expanding their reach to Florida. Bob resides in Brick, NJ with his wife Cindy and has 4 grown children, Michael, Marc, Blake and Victoria.

I am the Vice President of operations and Mortgage Loan Originator with Assured Mortgage Bankers Corp.

I have a wealth of experience educating borrowers and guiding them through the mortgage process, whether they are purchasing a home or refinancing their current residence. I have experience in every aspect of the mortgage process from: originating the loan to processing the loan, to underwriting the borrower’s credit, income and assets, to closing, funding and post-closing compliance.
As a mortgage professional, I specialize in fitting my borrowers with loans that suit their needs. My business model is simple: provide valuable customer service so that my clients enthusiastically refer me to others.
